Cancellation Policy
- Unless a medical emergency (death/illness), any cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and is subject to the full session service charge.
- All no-shows will be charged for the full service.
There are no refunds—only exchanges of equal or greater value.
Training & Services
-Two (2) sessions a week is required for all training sessions and packages.
-All training sessions must be used within 100 days, or the package will be forfeited. (Speak with your trainer about exceptions.)
-Incentive packages, online training, and nutrition coaching follow a 12-week guideline and must be used within 100 days or will be forfeited with no refund.
-Once the client has completed 3 months, they will enter a maintenance phase. Once the 3 months have concluded, the client may cancel by giving at least 10 days' notice before auto-renewal.
-Any absence, withdrawal, or non-participation in the program for any reason whatsoever does not exempt the client from payment. The client will remain responsible to pay in full for the chosen service.
-All gift certificates expire 6 months from the purchase date.
Memberships
All memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) months.
If you choose to cancel your membership before completing the initial 3-month period, you will be responsible for paying the full three months’ membership fee, regardless of how many sessions or services have been used.
After the initial 3-month commitment has been fulfilled, you may cancel your membership at any time by providing written or verbal notice at least 10 business days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
Payments
Any service may be withheld until payment is made.
